Hi! I have been binging on your podcast lately and have so many questions ;-) ..I enjoy working out but my goal is not to getting stronger or to develop muscles, but only to stay fit, be in shape and basically just feel good..Do I HAVE to progressive overload?? Can I just do the same workouts using the same amount of weight every single time or is it something that would be counter-productive, or even detrimental at some point?? Thanks again for your insight, I love what you do guys!!
