It will help those looking to specifically improve upper quarter posture or those looking to improve non-specific neck pain, cervical radiculopathy, and thoracic outlet syndrome.
Thoracic Mobility: 2-phase, 8-week program designed specifically to address thoracic mobility issues and to lock in those mobility gains for the long term with some stabilization exercises.
Posture: 1 phase, 6-week program designed for the workplace sitting warriors. The goal is to reverse our flexed sitting posture ensuring our bodies stay balanced! You will perform full-body mobility routines almost daily that will improve your posture!
