After working with this program I was able to return to running and hiking again!
I had a bad fall on lava while trail running and really banged up my right knee. After I healed up I had a lot of trouble getting back to running and hiking. After finishing this program, I now go for regular runs and can take long hikes on all kinds of terrain.
