Learn how to get back to jumping, but more importantly, learn how to prepare your body for progressive plyometrics and sports!
The Jump Fundamentals [P]Rehab Program is a physical therapist developed, step-by-step program designed for anyone wanting to get back to jumping and plyometrics after an injury or surgery, or for those who don’t feel comfortable with jumping and landing just yet. When it comes to jumping, you want to master the landing position first. In order to feel comfortable with landing position, you have to build strong brakes (muscles)! In this program, you’ll learn our favorite progression of lower body stability exercises and deceleration drills to master the landing position.
If you are looking for a more advanced jumping program, check out our Plyometrics [P]Rehab Program.
"I am so lucky I found this program! Not only was I able to regain my confidence with jumping and landing after tearing my ACL, but the combination of this program and the Plyometrics, I am now back to practicing soccer! I highly recommend these programs to anyone coming off of an injury and trying to get back to sports. Thanks guys!"
"When I tweaked my knees getting back into playing rec ball, I had no idea how I was going to tolerate jumping again, let alone lifting. However, I was super fortunate I found this program! As a prior D1 college athlete, I can say this program is high quality and is even better than some of the programming I was exposed to back in the day. I highly recommend this program for anyone trying to get back to jumping!"

We are going to take a more conservative approach and suggest this program will be more appropriate once you have been cleared to perform impact exercises and jumping by your surgeon/physical therapist. As you may know, there can be post-op precautions and restrictions that may not make you appropriate yet for this program. It will be good to follow up with your surgeon and your physical therapist to learn these precautions and the timeline for them as there may be nuances and other details that are specific to your surgery and your scenario. It is essential you’re cleared to tolerate impact exercises and advanced lower body strengthening exercises prior to starting this program.
