As long as you can tolerate impact exercises and have no issue with double or single leg jumps, you will feel comfortable with performing this program! If you’re concerned whether you’re physically prepared or not for this program, it may be in your best interest to invest in our Jump Fundamentals Program to prepare you for this program. If you want to take the guesswork out of elevating your jump capacity, improving your muscular power, and exposing your body to every possible plyometric variation that common sports and high-level activities demand, this program is well worth your investment!

We are going to take a more conservative approach and suggest this program will be more appropriate once you have been cleared to perform impact exercises and jumping by your surgeon/physical therapist and you have completed our Jump Fundamentals program. As you may know, there can be post-op precautions and restrictions that may not make you appropriate yet for this program. It will be good to follow up with your surgeon and your physical therapist to learn these precautions and the timeline for them as there may be nuances and other details that are specific to your surgery and your scenario. It is essential you’re cleared to tolerate impact exercises and advanced jumping and landing exercises prior to starting this program.
