4-week arc

What you work through

  1. Week 1

Let's tackle that plantar fasciitis! This week we aim to calm tissue down before building it back up! That means mobility work of the big toe and ankle, isometrics, and some solid hip work!

  2. Week 2

Time to load! Plantar fasciitis, or plantar fasciopathy, is less of an inflammatory problem and more of a loading problem! Which means that we need to load this tissue progressively, time to get after those heel raises!

  1. Week 3

Let's keep those heel raises coming! This week we dive into more specific heel raises and strengthening exercises to target the muscles that support the arch and thus, help to support the plantar fascia!

  2. Week 4

Time to challenge that single-leg control! With a focus on balance, we aim to further strengthen those muscles that help to support your arch! The foot has dozens of muscles that let it do what it does best, it’s crucial to get those muscles strong!
