Guest Bio:

Eric is president and co-founder of Cressey Sports Performance (CSP), with facilities located in Hudson, MA and Palm Beach Gardens, FL. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and received his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science through the University of Connecticut. He is known for his extensive work with baseball players, CSP works with all 30 MLB and has helped develop many athletes into pro players. Last year he also joined the New York Yankees organization as Director of Player Health and Performance.  He has authored over 500 published articles, five books and co-created four DVD sets that have been sold in over 60 countries around the world. His work has been featured in national publications such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, ESPN, T-Muscle, Yahoo Sports, The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, Baseball America, The Worcester Telegram, Perform Better, Oxygen, Experience LifeTriathlete Magazine, Collegiate Baseball, Active.com, The Metrowest Daily News, Parents and Kids, and EliteFTS. Eric also teaches multiple courses and presents at major conferences such as the perform better summit.
