"I always struggled with squatting low because of hip dysplasia - my right hip joint was replaced two years ago - and squatting depth was always an issue and an obstacle in my training and everyday life. In my pursuit to get my behind a little closer to the ground, I tried several programs and systems to improve my squat (before and after my hip surgery) and all gave me something - but not (enough) in specific, stable progress in squat depth that I wanted. This might not necessarily be the sole fault of these programs, but obviously they didn't work well enough but apparently they did not work well enough for my desired goal. When I stumbled over the Squat Fundamentals [P]Rehab Program I thought I'll give it one other try and solely concentrate on this movement. Now I'm finally making progress in squat depth (slow and steady) and over the course of the six-week program, I gained about 4 inches there. I'm really happy with the program - it's nicely scalable with exercise alternatives if one of the prescribed ones is too challenging and the calendar function of the app holds you accountable.
