We know that everyone has their preferences on how they like to exercise, and we created the Prehab workout experience to be fully customizable! You can customize your video playback settings at any point when watching an exercise or in workout mode by clicking the settings icon
- When toggled ON, Hands free mode will automatically start a timed exercise as well as progress to the next exercise, once the timer hits 0
- When toggled ON, Timer delay adds, by default, a 10s delay between new exercises so you can get into position before the next exercise begins
- When toggled ON, auto play video with automatically start the exercise video
- When toggled ON, you will have a 3 second countdown when the timer is ending
