Failed Payment Notification

What may be happening is you’re trying to sign up and purchase a program with an email you’re already using, (the same email you signed up when you bought a separate program).

What you want to do is click on ‘Log in to your account’ below the red ‘Sign Up’ box – enter your credentials, then go ahead and purchase the program. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS STEP – you will get a failed payment or error message when you try to sign up or purchase OR you will end up with two separate accounts, which you won’t have access to all of your programs on the same account.

Let us know if this resolves the issue! If not, it may be a payment issue due to insufficient funds or incorrect information inputted.
