Gifting FAQ’s

    • Upon purchasing the gift you will receive a gift purchase confirmation email. You will also receive a gift sent confirmation email when you send the gift.
    • After purchasing your gift, you will be redirected to a page where you have the option to fill out the gift recipient’s information if you want to send the gift immediately. You also have the option to send the gift later, and you will receive instructions on how to do this in the gift purchase confirmation email.

  • You only have one opportunity to send the prehab gift, if you decide to change your mind and the recipient has not redeemed their gift, please reach out to support@theprehabguys.com and we will assist you with updating the gift recipient. If you previously sent your gift and it has been redeemed you will not be able to make any changes to the gift.

    If your gift recipient did not receive the activation email, please have them reach out to us at support@theprehabguys.com and we will be happy to assist them

  • The gift is for 1 year of a [P]rehab App annual membership only. The gift must be activated within 1 year of purchase. The gift is for new members only, it cannot be sent to someone that already has a premium [P]rehab App membership.

    The gift recipient will sign up for the Prehab App and create their own profile, including their own billing information. The payment method you used to purchase the gift will not be associated with their membership moving forward.

    • Yes, you can buy more than one gift. You will have to follow the same process outlined above. If you want to send your gifts later, you must refer to each specific gift purchase confirmation email to follow instructions and send the gift as there is no dedicated gift management page at this time.
