VOR x2 Viewing (Horizontal)

  • HOW: Begin in a seated position looking at your thumb directly in front of you. Rotate your head one direction while moving your thumb the opposite direction then switch sides and repeat. Make sure to keep your eyes on the thumb the entire time, avoid arching the neck when you perform this. Start with small rotations, as you feel comfortable you can increase the range of motion you go through.
