We've been messing around with the @theragun over the last couple of month and absolutely LOVE IT. As a therapist, not only does it save my hands, but I feel I'm able to reduce muscle tone faster due to the percussive nature of the Theragun over my hands. Remember, when the goal is to reduce tone in a muscle, MOVE SLOWLY.
This is a technique I've been using with some of my females with peroneal discomfort after getting back into wearing high heels after a period of relative rest (not using high heels for example). If you don't have a theragun you can always use your fingers and hands! Exercise Library
