Standing Front Rack Lift Off With Kettlebell

Check out this great posterior oblique sling strengthening exercise using a kettlebell and a bench. Set up a KB in a front rack position with your fist and forearm in a vertical position. With the same side of your body relative to the KBย โžก๏ธย place your foot on a bench. On the side youโ€™re holding the KBย โžก๏ธย drive your elbow back to activate your latsย ๐ŸŽคย listen to Arashโ€™s cues   Once you set your arm holding the KB, lift your foot off the bench and hold for at least 5s. Be sure to keep your body upright with a stable trunk and pelvis. Stay very strong in your hip on the side that has your foot on the ground.ย ๐ŸŽค listen to Arashโ€™s cues.
