1️⃣ Sling Matrix
✅This exercise will allow you to get the scapula (shoulder blade) moving into all 3 planes of movement.
2️⃣ Neck Circles
✅The muscles of the Neck such as the Upper Trapezius and Levator scapulae also attach onto the scapula. Therefore, keeping these muscles flexible is key for post-op shoulder surgeries during early rehab.
✅I particularly like the @nextsling specific sling due its ability to immobilize the shoulder while eliminating the strain on the neck. Many patients suffer from neck issues with the use of standard slings, however, this sling I have found doesn't dig into your neck through equal load distribution to the shoulders and back.
