Exercise notes

  • HOW: Begin by lying on a lacrosse ball.  The ball should be located on the muscles between your spine and your shoulder blade on one side. Fold your arms across your chest and roll up, down, and across the ball using your body weight to massage that area. 

 

  • FEEL: You should feel a massage like pressure in your upper back muscles. 

 

  • COMPENSATION: Roll slow and controlled, not too fast.
