Here is a nice exercise you can perform every couple hours or so with or without a resistance band just to keep things moving! Posture has gotten a serious bad rap lately, we don't think it is the ONLY reason for people's pain and symptoms. We believe there is no posture that is off limits! However, if there is a certain position that contributes to someone's symptoms (maybe a bad posture?) then we would recommend to avoid that position at least for a little! This is a nice exercise if the shoulder blades moving into abduction for extended periods of time is contributing to symptoms!
The second part of the video is a nice work position hack to mix things up. Sitting, standing, and assuming different positions can help with neck/back tightness! Try it out and stay moving!
