If you keep things moving it just may do the trick for your back. As you can appreciate in the video, it is important to address areas above and below the body region that is acting up. Stretching the hips and lats specifically can be key!
Don't be afraid to move! The spine is very resilient and far from fragile. Even if you don't feel ready for all of these movements, simply go for a walk and judge how you feel after. Keeping things moving is key!
