HOW: 2 In - 2 Over - 2 Out. Place a ladder on the ground. Face the ladder from the side. You’re going to be moving forwards and backwards as you move laterally towards the end of the ladder. Step into the ladder with each foot, then to the side, and backwards. Repeat this process with both feet through the end of the ladder.
FEEL: You should feel the muscles in your legs working.
COMPENSATION: Stay on the balls of your feet and in control of your feet and body.
