The thought of hopping, jumping, and landing on your surgical knee may feel like a daunting task. More importantly, you may be wondering how can you do this safely for the first time? Here is a great exercise to build confidence on your surgical leg to work towards running again. What is nice about using an adjustable high-low table is that you can adjust the height specific to YOU. Try 5 sets of 5 to start, and work your way up. Now is the time practice technique and build the foundation for running. Quality is key here!
