HOW: In a standing position, begin this exercise by reaching towards the floor while keeping your knees straight. Walk your hands out until you get into a high plank position then perform pushup. Once you are in the high plank position again walk your hands back towards your feet and push yourself back up to starting position and repeat.
FEEL: When you lean forward you will feel a hamstring stretch primarily. You will feel the shoulder and chest muscles working while you walk yourself out, perform the pushup, and walk yourself back to starting position.
COMPENSATION: Avoid bending the knees as you go through this motion.
