Corrective Saccades (Horizontal)

  • HOW: While keeping your head still in a seated position, move your eyes towards one side then follow the motion with your head. Next, lead with the eyes to the opposite side then follow with the head and repeat. Bring your arms out in front of you using your thumbs as targets. You also have the option of looking at two distant objects as a target.
