The Jump Fundamentals [P]Rehab Program is a physical therapist developed, step-by-step program designed for anyone wanting to get back to jumping and plyometrics after an injury or surgery, or for those who don’t feel comfortable with jumping and landing just yet. When it comes to jumping, you want to master the landing position first. In order to feel comfortable with landing position, you have to build strong brakes (muscles)!
