Webmaster/Technical PM

We are looking for a fulltime Webmaster/Website Project Owner/Backend Developer who will lead the continued development and maintenance of our web development and manage/organize/deliver all related web development projects.

Your main responsibility would be to autonomously manage our main website assets, including our main website, exercise library, and clinic website. Additionally, you would be responsible for the integrations and technical support of other auxiliary apps and systems that are used within our web infrastructure (stripe, ad pixel tracking, analytics, drip CRM, etc)

The bulk of our web setup is in WordPress so you must have extensive experience with WordPress, Woocommerce & all relevant integration/infrastructure. Also, a working knowledge of html/css, javascript, MySQL and php for on-the-fly fixes and improvements. A huge plus is previous experience or the ability to learn and assist our mobile app tech team with backend and web development.

You are someone who can think outside the box and solve problems through leveraging different technologies. You are someone who likes to have their hands in multiple projects and aspects of the business, understanding the why behind the technology decisions that you will be making. You will partner closely with our product and customer support teams to solve user-centric problems and work closely with our marketing team to implement product optimization strategies.

• Own the Prehab web development and management process from end to end
• Work hand in hand with our mobile development team on web integrations, data management, and server management
• Ensure that we stay on top of trending stability issues and identify and fix potential crashes before they become widespread
• Work with the marketing team to implement optimization strategies and AB testing on sales pages
• Work with the product team to prioritize which feature requests and bugs to focus on
• Research and implement creative solutions to solve technical problems
• Optimization of the current IT infrastructure, maintaining that we are utilizing best technologies and up to date practices

• 3+ years of experience minimum working in a similar role
• Must have experience working with the following tech stacks:
  • Core wordpress website development stack: WordPress, WordPress themes, and WordPress Advanced Custom Fields, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Google Analytics/GA4, Tag manager, Google optimize, Facebook Pixel/API & all relevant analytical and auxiliary tools a webmaster would need
  • Working knowledge of SEO & SEO-relevant tools
• Experience or ability to learn the following tech stack to assist our mobile app development team with backend and web development:
  • Firebase, github, cloudinary, DigitalOcean, remix run
• Proven experience in the development of high quality, high reliability websites
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• A deep understanding of website optimization, data management and server administration and optimization
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and devise ways to implement said solutions within the existing IT infrastructure
• Strong working knowledge of a variety of software development methodologies
• A history of project management experience and communicating directly with clients and other developers
• You have a passion for the health and wellness industry and want to use technology to impact lives for the better
• BS in Computer Science or similar is a plus
• Local to Los Angeles is a plus
