Static Lateral Lunge

  • HOW: Start with your feet wider than shoulder width apart. Lean your weight and body over one of your legs. Sink into your hip and then push back to your starting position, without moving your feet.
  • FEEL: Feel your glutes as your sink into your hip.
  • COMPENSATION: Donโ€™t let your torso dump too far forward. Also donโ€™t let your knee drive forward.
