  • HOW: Stand on one leg. Using a miniband above the knees, push your opposite knee out and back in a 45 deg angle and hold this position. Keep a slight bend in your bottom knee.
  • FEEL: Your should feel both glutes working, but especially your stance glute or the one that is on the ground.
  • COMPENSATION: Donโ€™t let your hips rotate out.
