HOW: In Quadruped, hands and knees position, place a resistance band just above the knees. Start strong in your shoulder blades by pushing your body away from the floor. From here you will lift one leg off the floor and drive your knee to the side and back. Your foot shouldn’t be moving much, this motion is driven from the knee.
FEEL: You should feel this exercise in your leg muscles, particularly your Buttock (Glute) muscles of the leg that is moving.
COMPENSATION: Avoid rotating your entire trunk with this exercise.
