- HOW: Sit upright in a chair with your arms relaxed on your lap. Begin by rotating your head in one direction and start with small circles. As you feel more comfortable you can begin to increase the size of the circles. Repeat into the opposite direction.
- FEEL: This should feel like gentle stretching of your neck muscles and promoting mobility. This should NOT feel like an aggressive, painful stretch, decrease the range and speed of motion if that is the case.
- COMPENSATION: Limit this exercise to strict neck movement, do not sway your entire body/upper body in a circular motion.
