Monster Walks with Band
- WHY: The goal of this exercise is to strengthen your legs, especially your hips. Furthermore, it will teach you how to move your hips and legs while keeping your core engaged.
- HOW: Place a band (if you have one) around your knees. Push your knees out the entire time by engaging your glutes. Do not just simply spread your feet to push the band apart. Take steps slowly forward without letting your knee dive in.
- FEEL: You should feel your glutes and entire leg muscles working very hard, especially as your pause for a few seconds with each step.
