  • WHY: It is important to strengthen the inside muscles, the adductors, after surgery as they provide stability to the knee joint
  • HOW: Lie on your back with your knees bent. Use any firm object and place between your legs. Lightly begin to squeeze your legs together. Try to squeeze as hard as your are able to, within your pain tolerance.
  • FEEL: You should feel the inside parts of your thighs working.
