Supine Hamstring Stretch with Strap

This stretch is designed to stretch your hamstrings muscles on the back of your thigh. It is important to stretch this muscle to help regain knee extension range of motion.
  1. Use a stretch strap, bath towel, or bed sheet. Wrap it around the arch of your foot
  2. Lye down on your back in a relaxed and comfortable position
  3. Keeping your leg completely relaxed, use your arms to pull the strap until your feel a gentle stretch behind your thigh and/or knee.
