Bag Hang Knee Extension PROM

  • Get into a comfortable position on a chair or bed with your foot elevatedย and supported.
  • Place foot into bag handles and place one handle above and below theย knee.
  • Place an item 2-5 lb. into bag. Let the weight of the bag pull your knee intoย extension for 3-5 minutes.
  • WHY: To help straighten your knee and improve knee extension ROM.
