What I love about the foot program is that it incorporates the core and hips
I have had two labrum repairs in my right hip and due to compensation through the years I had developed a weak core and weak feet/ankles. I worked muscles I have never worked before
I have sprained my ankle numerous times while playing basketball. I never properly rehabbed my ankles with these injuries. Over time I felt less confident with high intensity exercises let alone playing competitive basketball. I figured I would give this foot and ankle prehab program a try.
