If you are experiencing pain in one spot such as your knee, shoulder, back, etc; we would recommend enrolling in that specific program to relieve your pain. On the other hand, our workouts are designed for one-off small goals like a warm up or breaking a sweat.. Whether it’s a lower body workout or a full body mobility routine – we’re going to teach you how to do so safely. But you’d be better off with a specific program for a bigger issue!
