We designed most of our programs and workouts specifically in mind for you to do at home with minimal equipment. Most exercises with equipment can be done with an alternative piece of equipment, which we list in each equipment description (click on the equipment to read more).
Furthermore, we typically have an alternative exercise available that you should be able to do without any equipment – simply swipe up on the instructions tab at the bottom of the screen, and click switch exercise to check it out!
