If a class is available, should I watch that or do the individual exercises?

If a class is available, we recommend watching that first! The class video is a slower paced version of the individual exercises that is completely instructor-led. It’s only slower because there is a TON of education packed into these videos, it’s as if you were doing physical therapy with us in person! Most people watch that on day 1, and then usually do the individual exercises on subsequent days, once they feel comfortable with the exercises.
