Step 1: My Stuff

Step 2: My Groups

Step 3: Select your Group you would like to set your calendar for

Step 4: Click On Workouts

Step 5:  Select Phase That You Are In (click view plan)

Step 6: Click Start this plan

Step 7: Once Calendar screen appears, choose your days for the week
