How are programs different then workouts

You are here:

Programs are a complete 4 to 16 week selection of exercises and movements designed to achieve a certain goal. Programs also include education videos to enhance your knowledge & assessment videos for you to track your progress if desired

Workouts are designed to supplement your program and other extracurricular sports & hobbies. They are all al-a-carte style, range from 5 to 30 minutes total in duration, and fall into one of three categories: warm up, mobility, or strength
