I think we were drawn to them because we share the same ideals, functional approach, and philosophies regarding rehabilitation implementation. One aspect we utilize the most is the instructional videos. We are able to pull from the video library exercises specific to each player. We can email that list of videos to each player, which improves compliance. Not only does it increase the chance the players are performing the exercises, but more importantly, they are doing them correctly. Each video does a great job of explaining and demonstrating important details that ensure proper technique. During the offseason or when players are home on break, we feel confident the players are doing movements safely and correctly."

"The [P]Rehab Guys platform has made my experiences with telehealth during this pandemic run very smoothly. I don't know if I would be this successful in treating patients virtually without it. My athletes and patients respond very well to the video demonstration and explanation. They consistently tell me that they love the look and clarity of the content. "As a Physical Therapist the biggest issue I face on a daily basis is how to increase patient compliance. It is clear that drawing stick figures and printing images of the exercises were not getting the job done. "I am a professional firefighter for almost 30 years. Several years ago, I injured my back and I went from a strong, fit 50 year old, to being reduced to reevaluate my life, as my back injury continually reoccurred every time I stepped up my training.
