Meet Your Team

The rest of the world is evolving, but what about health care?

In fact, we were so tired of waiting for things to improve that we took it upon ourselves to give the current healthcare system a serious upgrade.

Be the change you want to see they say, which is exactly what we are doing with [P]Rehabโ€”taking matters in our own hands.

Actually, we are putting them where they really belong: YOUR hands.

Who Are
“The Prehab Guys”?

The Prehab Guysโ€™ is an educational platform that teaches people how to take control of their own health through online physical therapy.

Each member of our team holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and a Certification in Strength and Conditioning. We also have a vast professional background with extensive experience and specialized training in the fields of movement science, pain science, biomechanics, injury and surgery rehabilitation, prehabilitation, and athletic performance.

But hey โ€”we are just three ordinary guys on an extraordinarily determined mission to make the world a little better, by sharing our knowledge with people like yourself!

In all seriousness, we all have a major passion for physical therapy and helping people improve their quality of life regardless of financial barriers, time restrictions, or healthcare access.

Letโ€™s face itโ€ฆ the medical system needs a change

We exist in a time of rapid and exciting technological advances, which means the way we operate and function in the world is constantly shifting towards faster, better, and more convenient solutions.

At this point in history, almost everything is available at our fingertips. Whether it is paying bills, tracking our diet, taking a workout class, or calling an Uber from anywhere in the world, there are a thousand apps and a million immediate solutions to satisfy all our desires and urgent needs at the mere click of a button.

This abundant access to online resources has not only made us more independent, but it is also saving us the most valuable thing we have: TIME.

When it comes to your health,
timing is everything

Yet, when you need to get your painful shoulder or aching back looked at, you are stuck with an archaic system that moves at a snailโ€™s pace leaving you with exorbitant bills or forcing you to resort to temporary over-the-counter remedies or even dangerous and addictive opioids. In our book, this is unacceptable.

You should never have to compromise your health because a system intended to help you is, in fact, slowing down your efforts to heal.

Any good doctor of any kind will agree that the most important thing when it comes to physical health is getting the right help at the right time, or even betterโ€”preventing the need for it to begin with!

We are moving things forward and we are taking you with us

We believe in taking on a proactive versus reactive approach to health.

A common human behavior is to address problems after the fact and often far too late, which is a reactionary approach. We believe that the key to improved health care is education and awareness. This proactive approach – [P]Rehab – can reduce the risk of injuries and pain in the first place.

Health and education are two basic things everyone should have access to.

Based on this core belief, we have spent the past four years designing a comprehensive system to educate the public on our active, multi-faceted approach to physical therapy. We collected the results of our endeavor and created our solution – the [P]Rehab Educational Platform, where anyone anywhere in the world can learn our professional techniques for optimizing movement, treating injuries, and preventing pain.

Why wait until you are injured?
There are steps you can take now
to decrease your risk of injury.

Why wait until you are injured?
There are steps you can take now
to decrease your risk of injury.

We are changing the meaning of physical therapy through the concept of [P]Rehab; in other words, preventative rehabilitation. Why? Because we consider prehab the golden key to maximizing your physical health.

Our goal is to help you train smarter, harder, and more efficient. Not only do we demonstrate what to doโ€”more importantly, we explain why!

It is a way of life that requires you to educate yourself and put in the work whether that is at home, in the gym, or on the field.

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”
– Benjamin Franklin
